Roasted chicken with vegetables in Blackbean & Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 Skinless chicken breasts, sliced into chunks
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 large peppers
  • 1 courgette
  • 500g baby new potatoes
  • 100g (1 jar) KWAN’S KITCHEN Blackbean & Garlic Sauce
  • 40 ml (8 teaspoons) light soy sauce
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon white pepper
  • 10g (2 teaspoons) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

    1. In a mixing bowl add chicken, vegetables, salt, white pepper, sugar, soy sauce, olive oil and a jar of KWAN'S KITCHEN Blackbean & Garlic Sauce
    2. Mix all ingredients well
    3. Place all ingredients into a casserole dish
    4. Roast in a preheated oven (gas mark 6) for 20 – 25 minutes or until cooked
    5. Add KWAN'S KITCHEN Szechuan Chilli Oil for extra spice.
