Cut the vegetables into thin strips and descale the salmon.
1. Season both the vegetables and salmon fillets with Kwan’s Kitchen Salt & Pepper Spice (sachet 1). Use half on the vegetables and half on the salmon.
2. Take Kwan’s Kitchen Blackbean & Garlic paste (sachet 2) and mix half in with the vegetables and spread the other half onto the top of the salmon fillets.
3. Take a sheet of tin foil and create a bed of vegetables. Lay the salmon on top of the vegetables. Add a drizzle of soy sauce to the fish for extra flavour. Form an airtight parcel then oven roast at 200°C for 20 mins.
4. Open parcel and transfer food to a serving dish. If you like it spicy drizzle Kwan’s Kitchen Szechuan Chilli Oil (sachet 3) over the salmon and vegetables. Serve with rice or noodles.
