Season steak with KWAN'S KITCHEN Salt & Pepper Spice.
Heat a frying pan over high heat and add some vegetable oil. When pan is hot enough (slightly smoking) reduce heat to medium and then fry each side of the steak for 2 minutes or until at desired doneness.
Serve with steamed rice, chips and/or steamed vegetables.
Sprinkle your meal with more KWAN'S KITCHEN Salt & Pepper Spice if you require more flavour.
