Salt and Pepper Spare Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1800g pork ribs
  • 1 large onion (chopped into large chunks)
  • 2 green peppers (chopped into large chunks)
  • 3 tsp KWAN’S KITCHEN Salt & Pepper Spice3
  • 50ml Shaohsing rice wing, white wine or perry

Directions

    1. In a mixing bowl season ribs, peppers and onion with KWAN'S KITCHEN Salt & Pepper Spice.
    2. Add wine and mix.
    3. Spread ribs and vegetables onto a baking tray.
    4. Roast the ribs and vegetables in a preheated oven at gas mark 6 for approximately 15 – 20 minutes or until cooked through.
    5. Serve with steamed rice or chips.
    6. Sprinkle extra KWAN'S KITCHEN Salt & Pepper Spice for more flavour. Add KWAN'S KITCHEN Szechuan Chilli Oil for extra spice and aroma.
