Fried Noodles with chicken and Szechuan Chilli

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts - sliced
  • 400g Egg noodles (dry weight)
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon white pepper
  • 20ml (4 teaspoons ) KWAN’S KITCHEN Szechuan Chilli Oil
  • 20ml (4 teaspoons) soy sauce
  • 10ml (2 teaspoons) sesame oil
  • 100g beansprouts

Directions

    1. Boil noodles in water until soft, drain and set aside
    2. Blanche beansprouts, drain and set aside
    3. Season sliced chicken breast with salt and pepper.
    4. Fry chicken breast in a wok in a little oil until cooked.
    5. Add beansprouts, noodles, soy sauce, salt, pepper and KWAN'S KITCHEN Szechuan Chilli Oil.
    6. Stir fry all ingredients for a further 2 minutes.
    7. Add sesame oil at the end and serve immediately.
