Salt and Papper Salmon Fillet


  • 2 boneless salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tsp KWAN’S KITCHEN Salt & Pepper Spice


    1. Lay the salmon fillet onto kitchen foil.
    2. Season each salmon fillet with ½ tsp KWAN'S KITCHEN Salt & Pepper Spice.
    3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice onto the salmon and then add coriander.
    4. Wrap salmon up into a parcel with the foil.
    5. Oven roast salmon in a preheated oven (gas mark 6) for 10 minutes or until cooked.
    6. Serve with steamed rice and fresh salad
    7. Add KWAN'S KITCHEN Szechuan Chilli Oil for extra spice.
