Salt and Pepper Rump Steak


  • 2 x 350-450g/12oz-1lb Rump Steak
  • 1 tsp Salt & Pepper Spice


    1. Season steak with KWAN'S KITCHEN Salt & Pepper Spice.
    2. Heat a frying pan over high heat and add some vegetable oil. When pan is hot enough (slightly smoking) reduce heat to medium and then fry each side of the steak for 2 minutes or until at desired doneness.
    3. Serve with steamed rice, chips and/or steamed vegetables.
    4. Sprinkle your meal with more KWAN'S KITCHEN Salt & Pepper Spice if you require more flavour.
